Why does my (& others) hotmail.com e-mail addresses keep getting blocked?

I checked your logs and I saw that your email was in the Bounce list, but I couldn't check the reason since it was removed. And there are many reasons for email to be bounced. 

You can check this guide on how to prevent such issues. From which I would point out setting up the SMTP. Also, here is how to check and remove email from the Bounce list.
