Is it possible to use Jotform to distribute my form to 25 email addresses and have them fill it out?

I aim to produce a large form, send it to 25 email addressees to have them fill it out and then return the completed form to me. The process will be repeated 15 times for each respondent. Is this possible with Jotform (which is great to use)?

Please keep in mind that if you are on the Starter (Free) plan, you are limited to 100 Monthly Submissions. It is the total number of entries you can receive every month from all your forms.
