email address has been blocked. I have now unblocked it but would like to get the emails resent. any way to do this?

You can check if the email was in bounce list.
Just to clarify also, the bounce/blocked email will not be auto resent anymore. So if you want to check the existing submission email of the form, you can review them instead in the Sent Emails History logs.
Or you can also re-submit the form submission if you want to manually trigger its email again.
You can do this by editing the existing submission (use the EDIT button) in the View Submission panel. Click Submit button of the form while in Edit mode.
