    Dear Phillips,

Welcome to JotForm Support Forum. First of all, let me suggest you open a Free JotForm account in order to experience JotForm at the following URL: www.jotform.com/signup

Please watch our short video related to adjusting form in JotForm V4 Form Builder as you can find it at the following link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5i4Bp-_mOM

    Please find your answers below:

    1. "We currently have online forms on Google Forms and will need these to be transferred to the new online form system."

Our import tool supports HTML page containing a form. In other words, you can import the Google forms by using its URL. However, this will only import the form fields on the form builder without its design/CSS layout. For further detailed information, please check the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL

You need to adjust the form imported from Google Forms in our Form Builder in order to have a better look.

    2. "We require the ability to be able to upload files onto the forms. The forms will need to be compatible with documents uploaded as Jpeg, PDF, Word etc"

We have file uploader field in JotForm. So that, your users will be able to upload files onto the forms. For further detailed information, please check the following guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/332-How-to-Create-File-Upload-Forms

    3. "We need to be able to utilize and have a clickable URL added to the forms so customers can click the URL to, therefore, go to another destination/page."

You are able to insert URLs to the text fields by using our Form Builder. So, your users can click the URL and then go to another destination without any problem.

All in all, all of your requirements are possible in JotForm.

Regarding your last question "Lastly, can you please provide the payment method and the incurred costs": Please find our pricing page at the following URL for detailed information: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

Furthermore, we have a lot of advanced features in JotForm such as lots of widgets and apps, receiving payments on the forms, collaborating and working on the forms while being offline, an ability to create forms on mobile devices... Also, you can integrate your forms with lots of platforms such as Google Spreadsheet, Google Drive etc. in order to save your submissions.

I hope you will love using JotForm.

If you need any assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us here. We will be glad to assist you 7/24.

    Thanks.

    Regards,

    To whom it may concern,

I have created 4 forms in which we will be endeavoring to use. Before we begin to use your services, please can you confirm what the  highest data is available per form for attachments to be added? For example, on average we use 20GB per form.

Alternatively, due to the data amount, throughout the month if we require additional data is there an option to have this increased?

Look forward to your prompt response.

    Kind regards,

    Kerry-Lee Phillips

If you would like to have an average of 20GB per Form as data available for file attachments, the best Plan would be is the Silver Plan which has a limit of 100GB available storage per month.

Can you transfer forms from Google Forms, ability to upload files and have a clickable URL Image 1 Screenshot 20

However, please note that the maximum upload size per file and submission is 1GB and the maximum single upload fields in one Form is 25 only.

    Hi there.

Okay just so there is transparency here and no confusion.

Please can the below be answered.

    - What is the highest upload limit per form?

    - Is 20GB data per form available?

    - If there is only 100GB available per month, would that limit the number of forms that could be submitted per month to 5?

Look forward to your prompt response.

    Kind regards,

    - What is the highest upload limit per form?

The upload limit is per session is 1GB. Take note that this is per session -- meaning you can upload more than 1GB as long as you upload in multiple sessions.

You can read more here : Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit

    - Is 20GB data per form available?

No. JotForm is not file host or file upload service. So this is not really what the upload forms were meant to do.

    - If there is only 100GB available per month, would that limit the number of forms that could be submitted per month to 5?

The 100GB limit refers to the subscription/account itself. It is the account usage, not per form usage.

Example, you can have only 1 form and yet all 100GB is on the same form, or 20 forms and each have 5GB upload.
