My "Order Forms" www.covrof.com are not processing . . . Customers are complainging

    URGENT  . .  URGENT . .  URGENT . .

    My order form (www.covrof.com) is not working.  I am loosing business . . . please fix as soon as possible.

    Your form is working fine, I just submitted it. However, your form will be suspended any time soon if you do not remove the field where you ask for credit card information.
