    Forms not working

    Hi. None of the forms are appearing on my website www.inverterrepairsadelaide.com.au because I apparently have reached my monthly quota??? I don't get anywhere near the quota each month so I'm wondering why my FREE forms are not appearing?

    If it's a storage issue, how do I delete the forms because I don't need to store them. I don't receive enough submissions per month to warrant me paying a subscription so how can I return my forms to working order with my FREE account?

     

    Please help ASAP as I need my forms to appear.

    hello sir,

    if you are free user, then you are only able to upload certain amount. So you could have actually exceed the limitations without realising it since it is likely that you didnt need to create the amount you are able to as a free user. So you need to clear upload space in order your forms to work porperly again.

    Hello,

    I checked your account and I can see that it is over the limit. You have reached the limit for File Upload Space. To check your account usage, please log in to your account and go to this link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/usage

    To clear your Account Upload Space, you need to delete the submissions with the attachment file. Keep in mind that deleting submission is not recoverable. So, I suggest downloading the submissions before deleting.

    Your forms will be back to normal and work properly once the Upload Space have been cleared. To increase the Upload Space limit, you can upgrade your account to any paid plans
