Creating form to receive photo uploads

    Bom dia,

    Delma Salles

Here are the limits of the Bronze plan:

Creating form to receive photo uploads Image 1 Screenshot 40

You will be completely able to do what you need with a Bronze plan. Only what you need to check is if you will have more than 1000 submissions per month and more than 10GB of space taken by the photos your users will send (since those are the limits of the Bronze plan.

You will receive the submissions to your email if you set it that way, more about that here: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

And your submissions will be saved in Submissions section of your account:

The direct link to your form you can find in Publish section:

And that link you can send via email to your users.

Regarding a backup of your forms, what exactly did you have in mind?

You can download all form data by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-export-all-of-your-data-at-once

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

Thank you for the quick return.
As for the backup you answered.
How much the 10 gb are counted during the month, correct? At the end of every month are all the files deleted?
If I reach the 10 gb in the middle of the month I can delete the files so that other clients send photos?
Is there a possibility to send me an html test so that I can test in the site that I am creating and check if it works? It could be any kind of form, very simple, just to do test. It's possible?
    Awaiting,
    Delma

The 10 GB is a total Bronze account limit for uploads. The files are not deleted unless you delete form submissions with those files. In other words, you can delete the old entries to clear the account upload space.

Our free plan is not limited in terms of features. I would like to suggest registering a free account to test the service.

If you have any follow up questions, please let us know.

    Thank you for the return.
I believe that the free version is a good test option, but I need to know if it will be easy to transition to a paid version like Bronze? Or do I have to redo the form again?
    Thank you one more time.

Yes it is an easy transition to upgrade. All your forms created in the free account will be available to you in your paid account.

Good afternoon, I found this form on your site, but when I created it in my account, I accepted your suggestion to do the free trial first, I did not find it. How can I find it to create my own from this template? Awaiting
