Hello,
I want to create a form in jotform that users will fill in. However, what I want to output is in a pdf downloadable format (instead of an email notification). Is this possible?
Thanks

Hi,
JotForm allows you to download the submissions in PDF format in your submissions page. Here's a guide on how to check your submissions page: https://www.jotform.com/help/269-How-to-View-Form-Submissions.
If you want to provide your users a copy of their submission in PDF format, then there are two ways.
Method #1:
You can provide the PDF submission either a download link or a PDF attachment in the email alert.
Navigate to Settings->Emails tab. Here you can edit your email alert.
Under the "Email Content", you can edit your email layout. You can add the "PDF Link" that is found under the "Form Fields" drop down. This will generate the link that allows your users to download the submission as a PDF file.
If you want the PDF submission as a file attachment, then you can navigate to the "Advanced" tab and enable the "PDF Attachment" option.
To learn more about the email alert setup, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/30-Explanation-of-Email-Notification-and-Autoresponder-Settings
Method #2:
You can provide the users the download link for their PDF submission in the "Thank You" page.
To learn more about the "Thank You" page setup, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/211-Setting-Up-the-Thank-You-Page.
