How to create a form with multiple people submitting it?

Hi This is wat I was looking for. Only I need a little more. Is is possible after person 1 is submitting the form, person 2 only see the fields person 1 has filled in and person 2 cannot edit them. So person 2 has to fill out only his fields and only see the fields from person 1?

This is possible using the different features of JotForm. Here are some guides to help you get started:

2. Now you want to send the email alert with the edit link to different users based on an answer, you can also hide different sections of the form. This is possible by using conditional logic.
