Hello,
I am using this to generate an authorization form. What I need to do is that if an email address is entered in section X5 that it automatically input the information in section X1, X2, X3, ..... into an email format. I also need that automated email to have an approve or deny (with reasoning section). Can you help me do this?

If you want to send information entered in a section of your form via email based on a selection or entered value in a field, then I suggest you refer to the information found in this guide — How-to-send-to-a-specific-email-address-based-on-a-selection
You can create multiple email alerts on your form (notifications and/or autoresponders).

The content of these email alerts is also customizable. — How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders
With regards to the approving or disapproving part, there is no option where the recipient of the email alerts can approve or disapprove the submitted data via the email he/she will receive. However, there is a workaround where an edit link is included in the email alert instead. When the edit link is clicked (accessed) it will open the form in edit mode containing the data of the submission and the recipient can now approve or disapprove the submission then re-submit the form to record his/her response.
The information on how you can do that workaround in your form is found in this guide — A-General-Approach-on-Building-an-Approval-Process-Workflow
