This form won't send

Ive just set up a form using your excellent and easy to use program. But! It wont send. Also where does it send the form to?

Please try a form iFrame embed code on your web page. If this does not help, let us know. This is most likely that we can fix the issue by adding some CSS to your form.

The form entries are being submitted to your JotForm account, and also emailed to you.
