One of my forms is for a historical society and they sell books. Right now, I'm using the square payment form to sell them. The customer wants to know if they can sell ebooks. Can I sell an item that has a link, instead of something I have to ship with Jotforms?
Thank you,

I think this will be possible to an email auto-responder, in the emails you can include the links that will be sent only if the user has successfully completed the payment.
Please check this guide that will help you setting up an auto-responder email on your form: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Setting-up-an-Autoresponder-Email
You could also redirect your users to the download link after the submission, the same like the emails applies, they will be redirected only if the payment has been completed.

Now, if you would need to conditionally change the link based on what they have selected, then you will need to change a bit the way how you have currently set up your form.
I can see you are currently using the "Sell Products" payment type, if you would like to use conditions you will need to set up your options using basic fields, perform calculations to get the total and then pass the amount to the payment field.
I created a simple demo form to show you how this would work, the price changes based on the selection on the multiple choice fields, you can then change either the email or the thank you link based on the selection.

Also, these guides will help you performing the calculations, assigning calculation values to the options and passing the calculation to the payment field.
