Customers that use my restaurant's form complain that there are missing info from their order, which consumes time as they have to call us to re-confirm their order.

Can you please provide us more details about what you mean by there are missing info from the customer's order? Did you mean the Autoresponder Email that the users received upon submitting their order have an incomplete info?
Could you please let us know also what form you are referring to? I checked one of your forms in your account (https://www.jotform.com/72460810060445) base on your last edit and noticed that you have set the form status of it. Is this might be the issue your customers are experiencing?

In the autoresponder email sent to the customer sent:

but the order i have on the form is
1 chicken
rice

Thank you for the confirmation. I did check your form's auto-responder email and it seems you have edited the email template. That could be the reason why the "Side Dish" which includes rice for order is not being displayed.
I would suggest you to please delete the existing auto-responder email alert and add a new one. A new email alert will always include all the form fields and will solve your problem. The following guide should help you:
