JotForm has backup feature, you will find more details about it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/374-How-to-Export-All-of-Your-Data-at-Once
But you will need to manually request the exported file, currently the process cannot be scheduled, if you want we could open a request for this, please let us know.
You may also use the Reports to Cloud app that will help you to get updated reports on your Dropbox account, the app can be found here: http://reports2cloud.jotform.io/

Hi
thanks for your answer.
I think a backup function is something very important. Maybe you can make the request that the data of a form can be stored automatically to a cloud service.
I know thats kind of possible with Zapier, however, in my case we have a lot of fields (100+) and setting that backup up manually every time is a huge pain.
So the perfect solution: the form data can be exported automatically once a day to a connected cloud platform (dropbox, gdrive etc.).

Please note that you can backup your data on Google Drive and Dropbox, here are the guides that will help you doing so:
https://www.jotform.com/help/77-Upload-to-Dropbox-with-JotForm
https://www.jotform.com/help/192-How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive
This way you have your submission information as well as uploaded files sent yo your Dropbox/Google Drive account.
