I keep getting a notification that my email is on the bounce list - can you verify that it is not on this list? Also, I added your domain to my "safe to receive emails from" status in my inbox - this should prevent the bounce, right?
If my email is on the bounce list please remove immediatley. Also, if we can remove emails from the bounce list on our own - please provide a step-by-step guide.

When I check your email address, it doesn't seem in our bounce list now.
There are several reasons why your email address is bouncing but usually, the reason is email service provider.
An email address usually gets added to the bounce list if the recipient's inbox is full, the mail server was unavailable at the time that the email was being sent, or if the email server is rejecting the email due to suspected spam.
If your e-mail address is in bounce list, you should remove it from it in order to receive notifications. You can follow this user guide to remove your e-mail address from the bounce list.
