Hi,
I just would like clarification on the Notification Emails. There are three tabs, Email, Recipients, Advanced. Under Recipients there is Sender Name and Reply-to-Email and under tab Advanced there is Sender Email.
Reply-to-Email which is usually the person submitting the form, and Sender Email which by default is noreply@jotform.com .
The recipient has asked me why it shows From: noreply@jotform.com and not the Sender Email and why the Sender Name is not in the From:
Thank you, Robert

If you want the email notification to be sent from a different email than "noreply@jotform.com", please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/238-How-to-Add-a-Custom-Sender-Address-to-an-Email-Alert
If you want to set the "E-mail" field as the sender, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/240-Set-The-Sender-Email-Address-With-Mandrill-Account
On regards of the Sender Name, you need to make sure to assign a field from your form where the user inputs his name:
