I've been sent me an email saying i have reached my upload limit
how can i clear space to keep using it?

It seems you have reached out of the total upload space limit.
The only way to lower the upload space limit is to delete submissions that hold uploaded files. For further details please check out our user guide: Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits

Thanks Amy - i have looked through this link and cannot see anything which specifically advises me on the steps to delete my previous old submissions -
please can you kindly send me a direct link on the steps of how to do this

It's better to keep a backup of this data since deleting the submissions is a permanent action.
You can create a backup from https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data
