    Three things:

1: I see an alert that I am out of submission storage - can you advise the rules/allowances/cost for this please? Does that mean the forms are not getting submitted mow?

2: Am I able to download - export first name, second name and email addresses of all those who submitted forms?

3: OR can JotForm be used to send E-shits to the email addresses who have submitted forms?

Currently, your Total Submissions Storage is at 796. Under the Free plan, you can only store 500 submissions.

You can still receive new submissions. However, the old submissions will be deleted to make way for the new ones.

You can upgrade to any paid plans in order to have unlimited submission storage. You may also delete the existing submissions in order to clear your submission storage.

2: Am I able to download - export first name, second name and email addresses of all those who submitted forms?

Yes, you can filter the submissions and then export it.

On the Submissions page, click the "Properties" icon and un-check all the fields except for the email field. Click the "Properties" icon again when you're done to save the changes.

3: OR can JotForm be used to send E-shots to the email addresses who have submitted forms?

I apologize because I am not familiar with E-shots. I suggest you export the filtered submissions in Excel or CSV file. Here's a guide: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.

Once you exported it, you can just manually copy the email address from the Excel or CSV file and use it as a recipient of your email message.

    Hope that helps. Thank you.

Thank you for your swift and helpful answer, Jan.

Regarding E-shots, what I mean is that I am intending to use the exported email addresses to be uploaded into MailChimp to create and send an online html email. (E-shot).

However, I wondered if JotForm (or allied app) offered a similar service so I could use the email addresses within JotForm instead of exporting.

We do not currently have a built-in newsletter app.

We do support some third-party email marketing/newsletter integrations including the MailChimp one, but they should be enabled beforehand.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
