I have emailed my client my form and when the hit submit nothing happens. The form is not embedded, I just email the link.
I just copy and paste the link for them to fill it out.

I did a test submission in your form and it was successful. After hitting the Submit button, it redirected me to the Thank You page. Here's a screen capture:
I also checked the email logs and I can verify that the email notifications were sent successfully.
If the emails are not in the Inbox, please check your Spam folder. Please mark the JotForm emails in Spam folder as "Not Spam".
You can view all form submissions on the Submissions page, here's a guide: How-to-View-Form-Submissions.
If you are still having issues, please let us know. Thank you.

Thank you, I received an email for your test, should there have been 2 emails? I even checked my spam.

I checked your form Email settings and I see only one Notification setup and it has only one Recipients Email added. You will get only one email alert.
If you need to send a different email to another recipient, you need to add another Notification Email on the form.
