Signature not being filled out

    Hello,

    The signature line won't populate on some of my member's work computers. Is there a way around this? These members either work in financial institutions or government.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? I opened your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

I've cleared your form cache as a precaution. Also, you can clear browser caches or try to fill out the form on another browser. If the issue persists, they may take a screenshot of the console report and so you can send it to us. Here's a guide on How to Get a Console Report from Most Common Browsers.

    Thank you for your response. It also works fine on my end, but I believe there are certain firewalls in place on some of these company networks that may be preventing them from signing it. Have you seen this same issue with others? Thanks,
