Will our students be able to fill out registration forms with their mobile devices and will they be able to upload items such as copies of their ID's with their registration form?

Yes, the forms can be opened on a mobile device. The students need to use the mobile browser to open the direct link of the form.

We do have a widget called Take Photo widget. This widget allows your form users to retake as many photos as possible before they get the right one to upload. Here's a guide on How-to-Add-a-Widget-to-Your-Form.
