Backup of all forms and submissions

I’d like to backup all forms however when I head to integrations and your backup widget it doesn’t not allow me to login with the login i use. Can you please advise why it does not work and assist to ensure I can feel secure with my forms backed up.

Pls respond to kara@bettina.com.au and also gavan@bettina.com.au as I do not monitor kara’s (ex-employee) email.

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share a screenshot of the integration you are attempting to use, as well as any error messages, or system message that comes up, so we can investigate this further?

Meanwhile, you can export your Jotform data in settings by clicking on the "Download my Data" in the Data section. Kindly refer to this guide, and the screenshot below:

Google Sheets integration as well if you want to push submissions data into Google sheets, so kindly check this guide.
