How to automatically generate an invoice in my payment form using Purchase Order?

    Hi,

    I created a purchase order form. How can I get an invoice to auto generate based on this order form entry? Thank you!

    Hi Patrick,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can use the Invoice feature in your payment form to automatically generate invoices for your form fillers. You can either create and customize your invoices from scratch or choose from our collection of hundreds of PDF templates. Here's how to generate an invoice after submission:

    1. Select the Payment field and click the Wand icon to open the Payment Settings window.
    2. Go to the Invoice tab.
    3. Toggle the Enable Invoice to YES.

    4. Enter your business details that will appear on your invoice.

    5. Scroll further down the settings pane to see the following options:
    6. Preview the Invoice — You can click this button to preview, edit, and customize your invoice in the PDF Editor.
    7. Attach to Emails — Add your invoice to your Notification and Autoresponder Emails.
    8. Generate Invoice Number — If you need an auto-generated invoice number, add a Unique ID widget to your form to provide a unique identifier to your invoice.
