    Hi Arte_Capital,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. The Upload Space of 100 MB is the total usage limit allowed space or the number of an item your account can use. This is not a monthly usage limit that resets every month.

When you've reached your Upload Space limit, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up your storage. Before doing that, you can back up your data by downloading the submission files. Let me show you how:

    1. In My Forms, select the form.
    2. Click on the Submissions button in the top toolbar. How to free up Upload Space? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. You'll be redirected to Jotform Tables.
    4. In Jotform Tables, click on the Download All button on the left side of the page.
    5. Click on the file type that you want to have. How to free up Upload Space? Image 2 Screenshot 51

Now that you've downloaded your submissions with attachments, you can now delete and purge them. Check out the screencast below to see how it's done:

We also have a guide about How to Delete Form Submission DataHow to Download the Submission Files, and Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

I have already deleted all my forms, purged them and permanently deleted them but my storage keeps saying that I have reached the limit, can you help me with that?

    Hi Arte_Capital,

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Take note that file space is also Upload Space. I recalculated your account Upload Space, and can see that it's now 0B over 100MB. You can now receive file uploads on your forms again. You can view the Upload Space on the Account Usage page.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
