Square Integration: Request could not be authorized.

    I have a silver account. Ive had it for a while. My forms are now not working with square integration. Every time I try to re integrate it tells me to sign up for a new account that cost more money. Are you telling me that unless I close a new more expensive plan I can't use my Jotform with square?

    My Jotform has been down for weeks now because I've tried everything.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I can see that this is very stressful. Rest assured, I’m here to help. Can you please provide the form URL in question so we can check it for you? I've checked your forms, and there's only one connected to Square. What's the specific error message/s you're getting whenever you try to integrate Square into your form? Is this only happening to one, or multiple forms? Kindly provide us more details by answering the questions above. It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

    Access token is missing.

    As far as I know none of my forms are working. I had square until I didn't one day. I went onto square marketplace to check it out and its prompting me to update my plan but also warning me that I will lose my legacy status if I do. Also square is now saying I want have any app integrated. So my question is if I try to re-integrate with square do I have to lose my legacy plan? Because there is not an option to integrate with Jotform by just signing in.

    Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for getting back to us. When I look into the account under the email address thelittlestudio@mac.com, it has a Bronze Legacy subscription. To answer your question, if you either upgrade or downgrade your Jotform subscription now, you will lose the Legacy privilege.

    To further look into the issue you're having with integrating your forms to Square, I would like to follow up on what specific error message you're getting whenever you do. Can you send us a screenshot of it? Check out this guide about how to send a screenshot to our Support Forum. Also, is the same error happening when you try to integrate on multiple forms?

    Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I’m sorry you're having difficulties with this. Since you're having an issue trying to connect your Square payment integration on your form, I suggest that you log in to your Square account first on the Square website, and then try to connect it again. We also have a guide about Mastering Payment Form Integrations With Jotform that you can check out.

    I guess my first question isn't being answered. Is this because I a legacy account holder?

    Am I able to continue with all the services you offer with my legacy account?

    I have tried all the options you have suggested and my only option with square is to change my account with Jotform. So when I talk to square are they going to tell me ny Jotform account needs to be uograded?

Could you provide us with a screen record of how the "sign up for a new account"error occurs when integrating with Square? You can utilize a free screencast service like Loom.com or the like and send us a link to the video for further clarity.

    I'm still not able to connect to square. I go to square integration, hit the connect and it just gets stuck on connecting. Square says they can't help me. None of my forms are working with the credit card payment setting.

    Hi Jessica,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand how frustrating this is for you, I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Please try to log in to your Square account first on the Square website, once you're logged in to your Square account, then try to connect it again to your form. It would be great if your Square account is logged in the same browser in another tab. I've also gone ahead and cleared your form cache to refresh the form.
