I logged in to the account and noticed that the email is on a bounceback list and therefore has not been able to be delivering emails to the address.
Could you please confirm with me how long that has been the case, I am going to get in touch with them soon and just want to ask you these questions before hand. the email was email@example.com

It's not possible to check when the email address to our bounce list, but you may find when the emails started to bounce, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
