How to Create a Form with File Upload?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to create a form with file upload field. First, you must create a Jotform account. You can sign up using this link. Once you have successfully created an account. Login to your account and follow the steps below:

• Go to My Forms and select Create Form in the upper-left corner.
• Next, select Start from Scratch.
• Select a Classic or Card Form.

• In Form Builder, select Add Form Element in the upper-left corner.
• In the Form Elements pane on the left, select File Upload.
