Hi Peter,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account usage and I can see that you have used 121.24 MB out of 100.00 MB storage space on your current Starter Plan(Free PLan). To avoid this situation again, I recommend you to upgrade your Plan which offers more storage limit. To better understand the account usage and limits please check the linked guide. You can free up the space by removing the submission from the submission table.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hello Peter,
Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and currently you are over the limit 121.2 MB / 100.0 MB on Upload Space. Can you try clearing your trashed entries? Let me show you how you can do that:
- On the right side of the tab name, click on the Three Dots icon.
- Click on Trashed entries.
- Click on Select All.
- Click on Delete Forever.
If you think that upload space is still not being updated, try to clear your Form Cache, or log out and then log back in. We also have a guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data that you can check out.
Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.
