One of my forms is showing that we have reached the limit

    Some forms have already been deleted and there is already enough space, I need you to check the authorization to use the form

    Hello Delicadezas,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It shows that you already have gone over the limit of your Account usage. That is why some of your form is showing and error message. No worries, all you need to do is either, clear up your upload space of you may also upgrade to higher plan to get more.

    Hello Delicadezas,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and it is wihtin the limit. The forms owned by the account are active except for these two forms:

    Can you send us the URL link to the form that is still showing that you have reached the limit? Let me show you how to locate it:

    1. Click on the Publish tab in the orange navigation bar located at the top of the page.
    2. On the Link to Share section, click on the Copy Link button to copy the URL link to the clipboard.

    In the meantime, please try using the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers so we can isolate if this is a browser-related issue or not. I cleared the cache of the form as an added measure.
