    Hi Dilia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's easy to free up your storage space. You can do this by deleting submission data. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In your My Forms page, tick the box of the form that you want to download.
    2. Select Submissions at the top.Form: How to free up space when limit is reached Image 1 Screenshot 60
    3. In the Jotform Tables, tick the box that you want to delete, and then click on the Delete button on the upper right side of the page.
    4. A confirmation message will appear, click on Move to Trash. Form: How to free up space when limit is reached Image 2 Screenshot 71

Deleted entries will stay in the trash for 30 days. After that, they will be deleted permanently. But, you may have to purge/delete them permanently if you already reached your space limit. Let me walk you through it:

    1. In the Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon of the name tab, then select Trashed entries.
    2. In the Trash panel, tick Select All, and click on Delete Forever.
    3. Click on Delete from the confirmation message. Form: How to free up space when limit is reached Image 3 Screenshot 82

Before deleting your submission entries, we advise you to download them first for you to have a copy. Let me walk you through it.

    1. In the Jotform Tables, tick on the box that you want to download or if you want to download them all, click on the Download All button on the upper right side of the page.
    2. Select the file that you want your data to be downloaded as. In my example, I chose Download as PDF.
    3. A confirmation message for Creating a zip file will pop out. Click on OK, GOT IT. Form: How to free up space when limit is reached Image 4 Screenshot 93
    4. You will receive an email with the zip file. From there, you can Download Your PDFs.Form: How to free up space when limit is reached Image 5 Screenshot 104

    Hi Dilia,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're still seeing the over quota error on your form. I recalculated the limits on your account and confirmed that it's within the limit now. I reinstated the account and can be accessed now. Please try to refresh your browser to see the changes.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
