Error says that we have reached our viewing quota but we have unlimited viewing under Gold Plan

Hi Karnbir,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that you have reached your Upload Space Limit, this is the reason why you are getting a Form Over Quota error when accessing your form. To free up the Upload Space and Submission Total limit, you can Download your Submissions, Delete them from the Submission Table, and Purge them from the Trash Entries. Let me show you:
First, download your submissions, so you will not lose any data.
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
Second, Delete the submissions and purge them from the Trash Entries.
- On your My Forms page, select the form with the submissions you want to delete.
- At the top of the page, click the Submissions button to open Jotform Tables.
- Next, you can select multiple entries and click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the page, then Move To Trash.
- Select Trashed Entries from the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.
Now, that you have deleted your Submissions, you will need to Clear your Form's Cache to refresh your forms and then you can go to your Account Settings where you can see the updated available space capacity.
Also, you are correct. Under the Gold Plan, you have an unlimited number of Form View limits and an unlimited Total Submissions Limit.
