Another question, the form that we are currently working on is for an event

registration. See the form here: https://form.jotform.com/241048659986473

There are 100 seats available for each schedule. We are hoping that for

each registration (both Participant 1 and Participant 2) these will be

deducted from the 100 available seats. So if both Participants 1 and 2

choose June 27, 6:00 – 9:00 p.m., there will be just 98 seats left for this

    schedule.

    Hope you can help!

    Hi Gill,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, it is not possible to sync the data on the widgets. The workaround I can think is use only one Ticket Purchase widget. And then, set a condition to conditionally show the fields.

    • In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    • Under the Basic tab, drag and drop the Single Choice element to your form.

In my cloned form, I set all the fields related to participant 1 to hidden.

    Next, let's create a Show/Hide conditional logic.

    1. Click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of Form Builder.
    2. Select Conditions on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select Show/Hide Field from the options.Ticket Purchase widget: deduct purchased ticket from widget 2 to widget 1 Image 2 Screenshot 71
    4. You have to set three conditions, check out the screenshots below:Ticket Purchase widget: deduct purchased ticket from widget 2 to widget 1 Image 3 Screenshot 82Ticket Purchase widget: deduct purchased ticket from widget 2 to widget 1 Image 4 Screenshot 93Ticket Purchase widget: deduct purchased ticket from widget 2 to widget 1 Image 5 Screenshot 104
    5. Click on Save to save your progress.

Feel free to test my cloned form. You can also clone the form to review its settings.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
