    Good morning,

How can I add an option to pay by check rather than PayPal or credit card to this form?

    Hi seak1956,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you want your users to pay by check instead of PayPal or Credit Card, you can switch the payment integration on your form to Purchase Order. The Purchase Order payment element will allow you to set up products or collect amounts and you don't need to add a payment vendor integration on your form. You can use this to collect payments offline through a check or wire transfer. Let me show you how:

    1. On your Form Builder, go to the Payments tab of the Form Element window.

    2. Click the 3 dot icon beside the PayPal Business Payment Integration then select Switch to another gateway.

    3. Find the Purchase Order and select it then click the Use Selection button.

    4. On the next page click OK then you can review the Additional settings.

If you want to add an option for check payment along with Other Payment Options, you can check out this guide.

I think you misunderstood. I want to offer the option to either pay by check or PayPal/Credit card. So I would want to set up conditional logic to allow the user to select one of these payment options and depending on their answer the only chosen payment method would appear. Is this possible?

    Hello seak1956,

Thanks for patiently waiting. It is possible to allow check, PayPal, and credit card payments all at the same time using conditions, let me show you how to set that up:

    1. Rename the existing Form Calculation widget to Check to avoid confusion. PayPal Business: How to also allow check payments? Image 1 Screenshot 110
    2. Add another Form Calculation widget to be used for PayPal and credit card payments.
    3. Hide the new Form Calculation widget.PayPal Business: How to also allow check payments? Image 2 Screenshot 121
    4. Click the Wand icon on the PayPal field.
    5. Select (PayPal or CC) Total Payment Due from the Get Price From dropdown.
    6. Click Save in the lower right corner.PayPal Business: How to also allow check payments? Image 3 Screenshot 132
    7. Add a Single Choice field for the responder to choose how they want to pay.PayPal Business: How to also allow check payments? Image 4 Screenshot 143
