How to allow my assistant to edit my forms?

Can I get another user on my account? I would like for my assistant to be able to log-in and finish forms that I have created.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Terms of Use strictly prohibits sharing your Jotform login credentials with any other individuals. You can upgrade your account to Jotform Enterprise to use the Jotform Teams or Subuser features, which both allow you to assign forms to other users, so they can manage the submissions or edit them. If you don't want to upgrade, you can share the form's Collaboration Link with your assistant so he/she can edit your form, here's how to find it:

1. Click the Add Collaborators button in the upper right of the Form Builder.
2. Click the Copy Link to get the Collaboration Link and share it with your assistant.

Keep in mind that the Collaboration Link is only valid for 72 hours, and a new one will be generated afterward.
