Notification Email: Not Receving Submission Notification

    Ive ran three test submissions through the form haven't seen anything yet. I verified my email should be good to go, may have missed something let me know

    Hi Brad,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    I saw that the notifications were sent to your email address successfully. You can check your spam folder and add noreply@jotform.com to your mailbox's contact list to stop it from blocking emails from Jotform. Another option is to whitelist Jotform domains and IP addresses on your web/email host to ensure that all emails sent to you are delivered successfully.

    Also, to reduce email sending and receiving concerns, you can configure your form to use SMTP or a custom email address for notification and confirmation emails. Let me show you how:

    • Hover your mouse over your avatar/profile picture in the upper right corner of the page, then select Settings. Notification Email: Not Receving Submission Notification Image 2 Screenshot 81

    You can also test your SMTP configuration to confirm that everything is right and operating. You can test your SMTP configurations on this website. Make sure to update your email account password after testing, or change it before you begin testing.
