    Hello Marisha,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, your account is downgraded to the Starter plan. I checked your account and I can confirm that the upload space usage is currently at 149.46 MB exceeding the 100 MB limit.

The upload space limit refers to the files uploaded by the users. If you have a File Upload field in your form and the user attaches files to the field and submits it, then the size of the uploaded file will be counted to your upload space. This limit does not reset; you need to delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads to free up the space. Let me show you how:

    • In Tables, hover your cursor over the first column of the submission data and click on the checkbox to select the submission data.
    • On the right side of the screen, click on Delete. Then click on Move to Trash in the window that opens.

Now, let us purge the data:

    • In your Submissions table, click on the Three dots icon beside the form name, then click on Trashed entries.1663963857 632e12d18342f Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 10 Screenshot 53
    • The Trashed entries section will show up; click on Select All, then click Delete Forever.1663963953 632e1331d7489 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 21 Screenshot 64

We suggest Downloading Form Submissions first to avoid losing data.

Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
