How do I add a team member to my Jotform Team?

    Hi.

    I created a team, so I need to invite people and I can't do it.

    Is it necesary to have an enterprice (domain) email?.. No one in our team has one.

    Hi Enrique,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The feature to add a team member is only available for Jotform Enterprise. However, you can use the Form Collaboration feature to allow other users to edit your form structure. Let me show you how to do it:

    • On your Form Builder, beside the Form title, click on Add Collaborators.
    • In the pop-up window, click on Copy Link.

    I don´t understand.. What kind of service I am paying? It is because en page prices, dont shows anything about enterprice, so i undestood that differents plans are enteprice account.

    Please let me know what can I do and don't. Because itsn't clear for us.

    Hi Enrique,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, we offer two sets of plans: Standard and Enterprise. You're currently subscribed to our Bronze plan, which is part of the Standard plans. Jotform Enterprise is a separate plan altogether. To see the differences between the Standard and Enterprise plans, check out this page here.
