Functionality questions

I'm Assaf Revach from Ormat Systems ltd. A global renewable energy company based in Israel and US.

We have a need for a form generator SOLUTION to be used by corporate users for internal processes. I wanted to touch base and inquiry the following functional requests:

- Web service to DB (Fetch info from OMS/TC) located in a corporate LAN (On Premise) via API

- Signature field. Either time stamp upon typing employee ID or graphical signing field (can be used by tablets)

- Be accessible by multiple users (Per item)

- Supports repeating sections

- Role based permissions

- Supported multi platform (Laptops, Tablets,Mobile devices)

- Robust validations both by field value or role

- Ability to send notifications and reminders for stake holders

- Able to present data in Dashboards and KPI (advantage)

- Connect to AD (advantage)

- Support SSO (advantage)

It is not currently possible to query a DB to populate the form with the exception of using the form source code and inserting the queries directly:

Forms can be filled out by many users concurrently.

Forms are usable on nearly any device and browser.

- Robust validations both by field value or role

Several different validation are available including input type, fill requirements and others.  Form cannot validate log ins so role based validation on form input would not be possible.

- Ability to send notifications and reminders for stake holders
