Do you have phone contact available? I prefer speaking to someone

    directly in person.  Thank you

Who does the creation of the form (custom) and gets it uploaded to the business website?

We have a current form that is not online that we use in paper format. We would like to

keep that same form and utilize it online so that clients can access it. Unsure how your process works.

We do not currently offer custom form building services.  Forms would need to be manually recreated in JotForm.

Once the form is created, you can embed the form to your web page or share it directly:

Got it. We have our own tenant app forms, I meant they are custom to us. Is there a way to upload?
Can we simply use what we currently have and it can become an online on our website through your company? Also, our website is basic plain jane and not wordpress. Can it still be put on there with a url?

It is not possible to convert paper forms to online forms, they would need to be manually recreated in JotForm.

Forms can be added to nearly any web page.  The iframe code tends to work on just about any page, regardless of where it was created:

Great! I've reviewed your pricing structure and due to the extreme fluctuation in
number of applicants we have each month, I'm not quite sure which one would be
best for us. We may do anywhere from 2-30 each day. We have 2 different app
forms we use regularly. One is a 5 pages the other is a 1 page. Can 2 different apps be
created and used and if so, how does that affect monthly rate? This is for landlord/tenant screening services.
