We're building forms for pediatric clinic and wanting to hand the account over to them once forms are created.

They're interested in keeping the free version.

What are the limitations they would experience with the free version?

Specifically - how many submissions can they receive? We have created for them 3 forms.

    Hi Lorraine,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I see that you're interested in learning more about our Starter plan. The Starter (Free) plan is like a trial version, offering access to most features of paid subscriptions but with usage limits. For example, it allows up to 100 total entries per month, suitable for small-scale data gathering or testing. Here's a brief overview of what the Starter (Free) Plan includes:Want to know more about the Starter Plan Image 1 Screenshot 20 If you find that you need more, you have the option to upgrade and select from our various subscription plans. Thanks Kenneth!

Specifically I need to know how many signed form submissions we can receive and why starter level is not HIPAA compliant.

What is the maximum number of forms, submissions and HIPAA compliance we can share with our client.

    Hi Lorraine,

Thanks for getting back to us. The Starter plan provides 10 monthly signed documents, allows up to 5 forms, and permits 100 monthly submissions, with a total submission storage of 500. Furthermore, our GOLD plan is the sole subscription option that offers HIPAA compliance features.
