How to export submission data with images

    Hi--we created a table and have a column for thumbnail images. Is there an export setting that allows for the download to have the table data and the pictures, and not a separate folder of attachments? thanks!

    Hi WelcomeHomeAngel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can export the submissions as PDF, and the PDF file will contain the submission data with the thumbnail picture. Let me show you how you can download the submission as PDF:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the top-left side of the page and select Tables.
    2. Click on Download All located at the right top of the table, and select Download as PDF.
    3. You will get an email after some time with Zip file, you can download and extract the file to view these submissions.

    Another workaround would be to download the submissions in Excel file. The Excel file will have a link to the thumbnails, and you can use that link to access the thumbnails. Make sure you have unchecked Require log-in to view uploaded files under Security Settings.
