Mailchimp Integration - Not all contacts are syncing

    Hello,

    I integrated Mailchimp with my Jotform and all the contacts are not syncing. I tried re-syncing and removing the integration and creating new tags to troubleshoot, but only a portion of the contacts are transferring into my Mailchimp account.

    For example, this Splash Page form has a total of 60 contacts and when I complete the integration it says that 60 submissions are integration, but in mailchimp I only see 26 of these contacts.

    Hi digitalmulesforms,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. There might be some sync issues between Mailchimp and Jotform. I've gone ahead and cleared your form cache, which should help. Can you please try again to remove the integration and add it back? Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen.
    3. Select the Mailchimp.

    Hi Joseph, this did not work. I even removed and reconfigured twice into a new tag, and it still is only syncing 26 contacts.

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your The Duet - Splash page form and you currently have not set it up.

    Mailchimp Integration   Not all contacts are syncing Image 1 Screenshot 20Please note if you delete the fields from the form builder page then submission data related to these fields will also be deleted. Have you removed the fields or are you referring to another form? If you are, then share the URL of the form so we can investigate the issue.

    Hey, not sure what you are referring to but it is set up as shown below:

    There should only be on field on the form for the email address.

    Hi Jack,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that your Mailchimp integration is set up correctly. But, when I checked the Submission Table, I only saw 26 emails listed. Check out this screenshot below:

    Please make sure that every submission has an associated email so it will reflect in the integration.
