Enabling multiple users for a specific account.

    How do we add multiple users to our account.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our basic plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are designed for individual users, meaning only one login session can be active at a time. If you require an account that accommodates multiple users, we recommend considering upgrading to Jotform Enterprise.

    Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes. 

    I suggest using different collaboration options Jotform has to fulfill your requirements of having multiple users work on the same account's forms:
