I am getting a message that I have run out of space, but all of my form responses have been deleted. I'm not sure what I need to do to get my form to work again.

    Hi Edison,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've checked your account and recalculated the upload space. It is not at 91.74 MB out of the limit of 100 MB. I also activated your account you should be able to use the form now.

Please note, that when you delete the submission, you will need to Purge (Permanently Delete) them to free up the upload space. If the submission remains in the Trash folder, it will not free up the space. Let me show you how to purge them after removing them.

    1. In the Submission Tables click on the 3 verticle dots on the tab.
    2. Select Trashed Entries in the drop-down down.
    3. Check the box next to select all.
    4. Click on Delete Forever and then click on Delete in the pop-up.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Our account has been disabled again. I checked the upload space and barely any is used. There’s nothing to delete in the trash. Can you help?Carol MontoyaSent from my iPhoneOn Apr 24, 2024, at 9:18 AM, Jotform <noreply@jotform.com> wrote:

    Hi Edison,

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry that you are having issues with this. I checked your Upload Space and can see that it is currently at 108.52 MB / 100.00 MB. I checked this form and can see that it has a lot of Trashed Entries on it. Take note that these entries need to be purged permanently before you can free up your Upload Space. Let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, click the Three Dots icon and select Trashed Entries.

    2. Select the submission you want to delete and click the Delete Forever button.

    3. Finally, click the Delete button to confirm the deletion of the submission. This will completely purge the submission along with its uploaded data.

    • Another way to delete your submission data is to click the File Upload column on your Jotform Tables. Then select the attachments and then click the Delete button.

    • Then click the Delete file(s) button. This will delete the attachments directly and you don't need to check your Trashed Entries. Take note that this will only delete the attachments, not the submission itself. You can also check out this guide on How to Delete Form Submission Data.

If you still need the uploaded files on your form, you can download them first before deleting them. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, select the submission that you want to download and click the Download All button.
    2. Select the Download attachments option to download all the attachments on that submission.

    3. If you want to download the attachment along with the submission data, you can select one of the other three options instead. You can check out the related guides below for more information:
