Hi Meg,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Please note that you can only use one payment integration on every form. I see that your form is already integrated with PayPal Business which already provides the credit/debit and PayPal payment options.
If you need to provide an option to pay through cash, you can clone your form (How to Clone an Existing Form From Your Account) and use the Purchase Order integration for cash payments. Then, embed both forms on the main form using the iFrame Embed widget. Then, use Hide/Show Conditional Logic to display the payment form depending on the payment choice of the user. Let me walk you through the process:
- In the cloned form switch the Payment Integration to Purchase Order. Let me show you how:
- In the Form Elements window, go to Payments.
- Look for your current payment integration and click on the Three Dots icon.
- Select Switch to another gateway.
- Select Purchase Order from the options.
- Click on the Use Selection button.
- Create your main form and add the Single Choice field where the users can select the mode of payment.
- Add two Iframe Embed widgets to your form.
- Embed each form for cash and credit/debit and PayPal in the Iframe Embed widget.
- Add two Show/Hide Conditional Logic to show the correct embedded form based on the user's answer in the mode of payment question.
- Finally, remove the Submit button on the Main form where the two forms are embedded.
Here's the output:
You can clone my demo form and just replace the form URL in the Iframe Embed widgets. Here's the guide on How to Clone an Existing Form From a URL.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
