Hi there, after deleting submissions and then trashing them permanently, it still seems I’m out of space with my subscription. How do I resolve this without upgrading my plan? I don’t need a higher monthly submissions package, just need to figure out how to clear space so I can continue receiving submissions again. Thank you

Hi hairbyabbye,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your currently using 204.55 MB of your account's Upload Space. Which is still below the limit. To free up your upload space, you can delete and then purge your form entries with file uploads. Before doing so, try to download the files first as a back-up.

I do see now I have more available space! I’m not sure why I’m still not able to receive submissions though? This is a screenshot of the error page my clients are getting when they try to complete a form:

Thanks for getting back to us. Ask your clients to use a different browser or incognito when filling out your form. If the issue happens again, ask them to use a different device.
