When a completed registration form comes to me via email, the title on the form is not the correct title. Can't figure out why. This was a cloned form - might have something to do with it. The form title says:
FSMTA Conference Registration Form - 2017 It should say, FSMTA 2018 Roll-Over Conference Registration Form

I suggest you manually update the Email Content and change the Form Title. Here's a guide: How-to-Edit-the-Email-Template-for-Notifications-and-Autoresponders.
You may also delete the existing notification and create a new one. If you create a new one, all fields will be generated automatically using the updated field names. Please check these guides:
