I can't add a payment gateway

I don't have any added. It won't let me add an option

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I can add a payment gateway without any problems. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, select your product list and click on the Gear Icon.
2. Under the Product List, click on the Settings button.
3. Under the Product List Settings, click the Add Payment Integration button and select your preferred payment gateway.
4. Click on the Connect button and authenticate your account.

So it works now. But I added my personal PayPal and it still doesn’t say connect. It takes me to the screen to add my email but then there’s no connect to enable.

Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your form, and it seems that you're using PayPal Business. Keep in mind that you will need to have a PayPal Business account in order to use this integration on your form. If you're going to use your personal PayPal account, I suggest switching the payment processor to PayPal Personal. Here's how to do it:

1. Open your form in Form Builder and click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
2. Under the Payment tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to the Payment method you used and click on Switch to Another Gateway.
3. Choose PayPal Personal and click on Use Selection.

Now, you'll see the new payment method on your form.
