Auto Delete Submissions is not working

    The Auto Delete Submissions is not working. I have mine set to 30 days after they are received, and entries still exist from March 17. I was manually deleting entries prior to that.

    Any ideas as to why my submissions are not deleting after 30 days?

    Hi CrossPoint Finance,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Does this happen to all of your submissions or only some of them? Note that imported or manually added submissions won’t be deleted automatically. Also, archived submissions and restored entries that were deleted automatically will be excluded.

    I've also cleared your form cache to fix any temporary issues.

    It appears as though it is all of them. We do not do any import or manually added submissions.

    However, I did see that after April 30 (yesterday), the March 30 submissions have deleted. So perhaps it's something weird with submissions that arrived prior to me setting up the rule? Either way, I'll keep an eye on it over the next couple weeks to ensure it's deleting submissions, and if it's successful, I can manually delete the ones prior to March 30.

    Thanks for getting back to us. It is possible that there were new submissions that came in prior to you setting up the Auto-delete Submissions. If that is the case, they are going to be deleted 30 days after they're received. But do get back to us if there's any other issue related to this.
