You can upgrade to a monthly, yearly or bi-yearly subscription, using your debit/credit card or PayPal account, you will find your invoices in your account as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/329-How-to-Check-Invoices
If you use another Payment method such as purchase order, a proforma invoice will be generated: https://www.jotform.com/help/353-How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Purchase-Order
